Suffering from Guilt? Use this Meditation to Be at Peace

When we blame ourselves or others for our situation in life, we end up holding a sword above our own head. This is the real hell on Earth; our own self-punishment. It’s time to forgive yourself and others. It’s time to turn away from the world and towards God, for here, your burdens are relieved. EASY HOW TO's: Click on the virtual candle, gaze into the flame, (music on or off) and slowly say the words: ‘ALL IS FORGIVEN’ while picturing yourself or someone you need to forgive. Then, watch the healing take place. Try it and see! This spiritual practice will become more and more natural for you as you happily let go of anger and resentment. Know that as you forgive, you are forgiven and the heavy burden is finally released. Additional Exercise: Write out a list of things you blame yourself and others for. Then go through the list and after each name, including your own, say the words 'ALL IS FORGIVEN.' Additional Help:  Do you worry constantly? If so, you need The Golden
